Mr. Opalka is a family law practitioner with substantial litigation experience.  He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association.
While he has considerable experience in all facets of family law, Mr. Opalka has particular expertise in custody actions.  He has successfully litigated countless custody matters before the Court.  Mr. Opalka has tried all types of custody matters, including traditional contested custody cases, custody relocation petitions, international relocation requests as well as grandparent or third party custody actions.  Mr. Opalka blends his experience and knowledge with the unique goals and concerns of the client, to properly advise each client towards settlement or trial.

Mr. Opalka has a wealth of experience handling divorce, support and property matters which he brings to each client he represents.  Mr. Opalka’s previous litigation background including contracts, labor, sports and entertainment, defamation and patent and trademark infringement, give him a unique perspective for family law.  He understands the nuances of representing a plaintiff vs. representing defendant.  More importantly, he realizes that each person involved in a family law matter brings unique facts to the case that must be considered in achieving the best possible outcome.

Mr. Opalka received his B.S. in Sociology as well as his law degree from Villanova University.
